You can add a design to either side of your chosen garment. Our easy to use design editor allows you to customise your product with near limitless options! Add: text, logos, graphics and pictures to your liking. You can access hundreds of elements for use from within the design editor to get you started!

Typically between one and two weeks. We aim to fulfil orders as quickly as we can. This is subject to stock levels of your chosen item at the time of your order.

For simplicity, we’ve limited our design tool to allow you to customise the front or back of the product. If you need something special (printing on an arm or hood for example), just drop us a message and we’ll probably be able to make something special up for you!

These items are all made to order to your exact design specifications, so unless there is a defect with the garment, we are unable to accept returns.

If your item reaches you in a condition that you did not expect, please contact us and we’ll do our best to get you a speedy resolution.

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards and Paypal. We also accept payment by direct bank transfer. If paying by bank transfer, you will be prompted to make your transfer, using your order number as a reference, once you have checked out on the website.

Yes you can! Our design editor allows you to upload image files which can include your company logo. This will only be available to you. It’s your responsibility to ensure you have any rights to use the images you upload.

There are often some variations caused by production techniques. Our production team takes your design, and if required to produce a better result, may make some minor tweaks to things like placement to ensure you get the best output. In addition, colours can appear different on screens than they do on final products (this is minimised wherever possible).

If you’ve got a discount or offer code, simply apply it to the coupon field during the checkout process and, if valid, you’ll see the discount applied to your total before you pay.

Yes of course! However we recommend a cool wash and to avoid the tumble dryer if you can! The print should last a long while, but with multiple washes over time, may show signs of fading or duling.
